Payment

Paypal is accepted. Orders are processed using 128-bit SSL technology.

All merchandise is thorough the USPS. Tracking numbers will be sent to customer via e-mail, you may also check the status of your order on our Order Tracking page. Lit'l Crabie Creations does not currently ship outside the United States.

Returns

1. All returns must be in the original packaging, unopened and in great condition.
2. Customer is responsible all for shipping charges. Make sure you receive a tracking number or delivery confirmation when returning merchandise. Lit'l Crabie Creations is not responsible for merchandise that is lost in the mail.
3. Customer must return unopened merchandise within 30 days of the sales date.
4. All returns must have original sales receipt with them as well as an explanation of reason for return.

Sales Tax

Illinois residents will have 7.25% sales tax added to purchases.

Privacy

We value your privacy. We will not share your information with any third party, except for the sole purpose of processing your order.

Gift Wrapping

Gift Wrap is available for $5.00 per item. Gift wrap boxes, paper and even the labels (including the adhesive!) are all made from recycled materials.
